We provide quality sand bags for erosion control in the pipeline industry, for home owners concerned about flooding or soil deterioration, and contractors for various purposes. 

Schmidt Erosion Control typically delivers truck loads of filled sand bags within a 250 miles radius of Preston, Iowa.  However, we are available to travel anywhere within the 48 continental United States.

While truck loads are popular, they are not always needed.  Individual bags may be purchased locally at Preston Hardware & Appliance on Main Street.  Call (563) 689-5341 for additional retail information.

Our bags are a poly-woven valve bag and have a high UV protection for long lasting durability of two winters and one summer.
